What crazy reviews this place has received! This place was awesome! I went to this urgent care because it was closest to my home and $65 to be seen by the doctor. I do not have insurance, but no one treated me any differently. I came in with trouble breathing and chest pain. Not only did the doctor give me two free inhalers, but also took the time to have his nurse call around to find me the cheapest prescription for my antibiotics. Was there for over an hour and then was told it was going to be a lot longer. Office wasn't that clean and the staff unprofessional. I left and went to Freedom curve to care in Harker Heights. It was such a better experience!
The Nurse Practioner was very rude (I don't know her name but she is African American). She was very unsympathetic. When I asked her a question about the medication, she gave me an attitude. Everytime I asked her a question she would leave the room and ask Dr. Mitchell. She seemed incompetent to me. I will never go back to this place again.
