5 stars for Lukas and 3 stars for interrent. Hence a 4 star. Lukas is exceptional. Very helpful and thorough. He made it so easy for us. Moving from one interrent I thought it would be straight forward. However it was not. The units don't have air-conditioning. No exhaust in the washroom! A couple of fittings are loose, windows need work. Great place for kids though.
Autumn is our leasing agent. I must say, while she is smart and eloquent, also very helpful from the apartment viewing to lease renewal. The neighbourhood is awesome. We like living here. Parks, schools and groceries are nearby. Services are good as well. The only concern is it’s too expensive living here.
