Even though we only had one visit with Lukas, we were very impressed by his professionalism and kindness. He took the time to answer all of our questions clearly and patiently, and he made us feel comfortable throughout the visit. 5 stars for Lukas and 3 stars for interrent. Hence a 4 star. Lukas is exceptional. Very helpful and thorough. He made it so easy for us. Moving from one interrent I thought it would be straight forward. However it was not. The units don't have air-conditioning. No exhaust in the washroom! A couple of fittings are loose, windows need work. Great place for kids though.
