We were referred to Elmo's by a couple walking on the beach. They had wanted to eat where the locals ate. We were NOT disappointed! It was great. And the service was outstanding! Go! It's worth it! The portions are worth the prices! And it's better than the "touristy" traps!
Just got my crab leg grub on at Elmo's Grill on 30/A. Excellent service and food. Will make this a weekly stop!

Well I work here so I have to give it 5 starts ofcoarse!
Recently visited with my family. We had a large group, with 2 babies and 4 other children ages 6 and under. We waited over an hour to be seated and were seated in the unairconditioned porch. The music was appreciated by some, but was so loud, we could not even hold a conversation. Service was slow (waited over an hour for food) and poor (didn't bother to refill drinks or ask if we needed anything else to drink), food was okay, but not great. Will not return nor recommend to others.
Every time we visit Destin or Panama City, we make the trip to Elmo's. Mainly so my wife can eat 12 lbs of crab legs on their all you can eat menu. We have never been disappointed with our service or food. Very fun atmosphere. Good for the whole family.
