I had the misfortune of hiring Mr. Elmore for a very large job at my home. To begin with, Mr. Elmore is extremely over priced. Considering the inflated price, I expected excellent work. I was wrong to make this assumption. Part of the work Mr. Elmore did at my home included remodeling two very very small bathrooms for a price tag of over ten thousand dollars.
