I was going to do an elective spider vein treatment on both ankles. The Dr office requested I prepay $1,200 for procedure I booked out a few months in advance. Couple weeks after making the payment, I had to cancel and requested a full refund as I broke my leg. It’s been 5 weeks and still no refund. I was informed “checks in the mail” a couple weeks ago. It’s very frustrating to say the least. I shouldn’t have to continue calling for status.
