I had a Varithena vein treatment and believe the wrong vein may have been treated. Five weeks later I developed inflammation in the injection site and had to return. My leg is still bruised three months after the procedure. The problem area in my leg was left untreated. I was charged for visits related to the complication, an extra appointment just to discuss a new estimate, a $50 cancellation fee despite canceling weeks ahead, and even my deductible again after it was already met — with partial refund three months later.
