The receptionist don't know how to do their work. I called a day before for an appointment for the next day, she said it wasn't necessary. Thr next day this place is full! And no appointments are available until the afternoon. Do they think I have all day available for this?
La peor experiencia posible. Mi madre llamo para agenda una cita y le dijeron que no era necesario agendar citas , que podía ir a partir de las 9am. Cuando llegamos el lugar estaba lleno y nos dijeron que si teníamos que sacar citas o que teníamos que esperar hasta las 2 de la tarde. No respetan para nada el tiempo de las personas y tanto mi madre como yo perdimos un día de trabajo por la falta de organización de este lugar.
Ya should hire people that are capable of doing simple tasks like answering the phones without being rude. I spoke to whoever the rude women was answering and she didn’t want to help me and forwarded my call to who knows. Been calling back and suddenly all my calls are being sent directly to their mailbox. Foh!
Excelente atención, el Dr. Quiñonez que es mi médico primario es un profesional de primer nivel y muy preocupado por sus pacientes; me llamó en horas de las noches y muy temprano por la mañana para hacerme los resultados de mis análisis, dándome las recomendaciones médicas para hacer frente una prediabetes y los niveles altos de triglicéridos, etc. se da el tiempo para estar en contacto permanente y velar por mi salud.
