Beware of mold in bottom floor apartments. Also had a flea problem when we moved in.
Nice apartment community. Convenient location, very walkable.
A little pricey, but the apartment is sparkling clean upon move-in. Maintanence is amazingly responsive and takes care of any issue promptly. Enough parking space. Lived there for 4 years and enjoyed my stay.
