Absolutely love my new doctor. Dr Scott. He listens and understands my health concerns & has put me on the right path since he started. Love that he actually takes the time to listen, understand & writes down every detail so he/we can back track. As per the 1 star - The reception desk needs some assistants. A patient of yours should not be on hold for an hour and refill’s/renewals of medications should not take 2-3 weeks.
The doctors here are all amazing. They have always taken great care of my whole family. We live in Kitchener and will continue to travel to Elmira to be cared for by the team of doctors at Elmira medical.
If you want to experience any of the following things then this is the place for you! -Wait 3 months to get an appointment -Wait forever on the phone to get an appointment booked -Be kind and friendly to the receptionists but be faced with snarky tones in return -Be gas lit by a doctor and be told your feelings about YOUR OWN BODY are invalid -Pull teeth to try different testing or get a referral for a specialist you need to see All these lovely things are what I’ve experienced my entire life coming here. Very upset, anytime I call they give me the excuse of being backed up from COVID, that was 5 years ago. Cmon, my doctors sent prescriptions with something I’m seriously allergic to inside. As soon as my doctor came in the room, he asked me if I got sick from school? I’ve been graduated for a year. very upset, I feel more like the doctor in the room half the time. Very disappointed.
slow rude and take there sweet time while you're on hold I sent my DTC to for Dr Norris to sign in May still no response .. also wont send me to a fertility specialist cause im not in a committed relationship..also can take upto a month for a phone appointment Unacceptable
