Update 2026: I am really disappointed by the why the office staff treats clients. The one with the short curly dark hair is rude and not nice. She sees me all the time, she made me wait a really long time of my feet while I am disabled and in pain, my hands are full, and I am just trying to check in but she just ignores me, leaving me to stand while others pass me by. Then she rudely calls me next and asked for my health card, of course I now have to ruffle through all my bags for it just to see the last letters on the card ... read more
Absolutely love my new doctor. Dr Scott. He listens and understands my health concerns & has put me on the right path since he started. Love that he actually takes the time to listen, understand & writes down every detail so he/we can back track. As per the 1 star - The reception desk needs some assistants. A patient of yours should not be on hold for an hour and refill’s/renewals of medications should not take 2-3 weeks.
The doctors here are all amazing. They have always taken great care of my whole family. We live in Kitchener and will continue to travel to Elmira to be cared for by the team of doctors at Elmira medical.
If you want to experience any of the following things then this is the place for you! -Wait 3 months to get an appointment -Wait forever on the phone to get an appointment booked -Be kind and friendly to the receptionists but be faced with snarky tones in return -Be gas lit by a doctor and be told your feelings about YOUR OWN BODY are invalid -Pull teeth to try different testing or get a referral for a specialist you need to see All these lovely things are what I’ve experienced my entire life coming here.
