Maintenance is ridiculously noisy instead of doin there own work! Very strict def better places around in elmira im glad I left it was a blessing in disguise never settle for less pple! U can do it
They are great places but very strict on if you are late on rent no matter the circumstances
Updated For when you really expect professionalism and watch a place fall down hill simply because of who's sitting in the executive director seat of this establishment. Since Jim and Barb have left, it's gotten to be where they think strongarm tactics are ok and state tenant law doesn't apply apply. If it wasn't for one individual in a position of power that's most definitely abusing it!.. this is a decent place. With this person gone I could see it improve again. As there are only two people that now hold up that progress.... read more
