Wonderful experience at Elmira Family Eye Care! It is always a pleasure seeing Dr. Watson and when I had a corneal abrasion I was provided with top care and seen frequently for monitoring which was all at the last minute.
Dr. Watson is a consummate professional. The Dr. explained procedure, and findings in an understandable way, and answered every question simply, and comprehensively. Friendly, helpful staff. If you need an Optometrist, this is your spot.
TERRIBLE. My frames broke, so I went here....... Only needed new frames, not a new prescription as my prescription is just fine. ..They convinced me to have an exam done to update my prescription. Okay. So after my eye exam I was told 5-7 business days for new glasses....... Called after 7 business days and they said there was a delay due to the coating of the lense. Okay... waited patiently... 3 weeks later I get them and the prescription is so out of whack I can't see anything at all now. Almost thought it was a joke? I ca... read more
Dr Watson was outstanding. She's got a friendly bubbly personality, she was more than happy to explain things to me, and she went above and beyond to show me how a pair of glasses would benefit me by taking me into a hallway with some letters at the end to simulate a distance that she couldn't represent in an eye exam room. 5 stars
Dr Watson treated me with tremendous care - fully investigating what might be the cause of my blurry vision, showing great concern, and using investigative logic. A great combination of care and curiosity. Highly recommended
