Avoid any radiology services from here. Received a bill of over $200 from the collection agency for an ultrasound done and paid in 2023. I called the radiology office to find out why this bill is showing up two years later as unpaid but they couldn't even find my name in their system. Such a hassle and waste of time trying to resolve it with the collection agency.
People here have no idea how to do billing properly
As others have stated below the billing is the worst. Despite being part of the hospital, the bills do not show in my chart, so don't assume a zero balance in it means you've paid in full. While the paper bills it sends indicate Elmhurst Radiologists, SC the site they use for billing is unaffiliated with the hospital. It is so suspicious I tried calling about my $39 bill. I find out that each time they see you they create a new account so there is no way to see how much you owe in total unless you prod the person on the phon... read more
got mri done here and they couldn’t care less that i was in pain while it was happening. i kept moving due to pain in my lower back and they didn’t seem to want to address it or try to make me more comfortable.
I received a bill for $41 from their collections agency yesterday for a scan that was done in over a year ago in Jan 2024. The billing rep said they only use regular mail to communicate billing before sending it to collections. She verified my address on file was correct, but I never received any of the 5 bill statements they mailed before sending to collections. Now I have to call the collections agency to make a payment. Something is shady with Elmhurst Radiologist billing.
