Talk about mis-management...this is the company for you!! I ve been a customer for 14 years and my electricity was turned off because someone didn t get my mailing address correct and my payment was 30 days late and even after paying them automatically for 14 years...they turned OFF my electricity and charged me a reconnect fee!! WOW...what service!
Will charge you outragous disconnection and late fees despite my property management company already promised to them the owner will pay for the utility charges on a rental property newly acquired. I tried to get money back from them but the customer service is rude.
Customer service could use a bit of tweaking. Managers are professional and polite.
