The er room I'm in smells like urine and is filthy. Do better.
The hospital was clean, well-organized, and didn’t feel overwhelming like many larger facilities. The private rooms were comfortable, quiet, and made a huge difference in helping me rest and recover. I especially appreciated how attentive the nurses were — they checked in regularly, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was comfortable at all times.
I have no trust in Elmhurst Hospital administration. It's too much to concisely comment. Professional care is reasonable. Administrative care is the worst. If I could rate it zero stars, I would.
