The company will not email me an itemized receipt to submit to my FSA. They told me I have to wait 7 to 10 business days for it to come via snail mail and who knows if what they send me is even correct. I’ve never dealt with itemized bills this way. Unfortunately, this is another health network that’s owned by a holding /equity company who puts profits over people. Waited 2 months for an apppokntment in Oak park. Handed them my BCBS card….” You don’t have an active policy”. An hour later after I was on hold with BCBS they figured out they had spelled my name wrong. I let the front desk know , they said the next appointment is 8 weeks from now. See you later !! They are the problem with healthcare in this country

Friendly staff. Even when lobby is empty, it just appears that they see 1 per per hour. I also went to have an x-ray 8 days ago, and still no results. I called the main hospital to inquire about timing, was told they are behind. I've never experienced this from any other x-ray department

I was told over the phone that I can do self paying if I don't have insurance. The day I went, I was denied service and was told it's the law that I can't do self pay, and insurance is the only thing they can accept because it's the "law." Big waste of my day and the biggest liars work here as well. I wouldn't bother going here at all.
