Friendly staff. Even when lobby is empty, it just appears that they see 1 per per hour. I also went to have an x-ray 8 days ago, and still no results. I called the main hospital to inquire about timing, was told they are behind. I've never experienced this from any other x-ray department
I was told over the phone that I can do self paying if I don't have insurance. The day I went, I was denied service and was told it's the law that I can't do self pay, and insurance is the only thing they can accept because it's the "law." I called ahead, walked in 2 minutes after my appointment window because I had to pay to park and could not see Dr. Lynch. I stressed I just needed a medication refill and was turned down. If you want a doctor that will work with you this is not the place. Wonder why America’s healthcare system is joke. Reception was very nice though.
