Had an appointment with the neurology department and unfortunately, the follow-up care was subpar. They rarely respond to messages on the patient portal or answer phone calls. It took them 21 days to respond to a message I sent about a follow-up procedure, and I had to ask my PCP Office to call their office to get them to respond. It is not patient-centered care.

I get blood draws from ee health a few times a year and it is hit or miss. This place is a definite miss. Hurt and bruised bad. This is less than 24 hours. At a different location I had my blood go all over the wall because they ripped the needle out grabbing something.
Great service at the front desk specifically Nicole and Richard are super helpful and approachable. Dr. Matthews and Dr. Hutton are good listeners who are very knowledgeable.
