I love the providers but the billing office is terrible. I have been in contact multiple times about billing mistakes and the person is always completely clueless. They sent a bill to collection because the insurance billed an out of network provider(which I understand is the insurance fault) and I called multiple times to let them know I spoke with the insurance and they were taking care of it. Best Hospital n Illinois. The care,and compassion I received from the Drs, and ALL other staffing Departments was so much appreciated, and I believe helped with my recovery. I HIGHLY recommend this Hospital.
