My experience with Elmhurst medical and Dr. Choudhury Hasan, went like this. at first I was very impatient and was complaining a lot about the wait time but once my name was called I realized why I had to wait for awhile. Dr. Hasan truly takes the time to listen to his patients and makes you feel heard and understood. Although the waiting time can be a bit long sometimes (around 10–15 minutes or a little more), it’s definitely worth it! Dr. Hasan really takes his time to explain everything clearly and make sure that everything is okay. You can really tell that he cares about his patients. I’m so grateful for finding Dr. Hasan — I was nervous at first because of the wait time but now I see what everyone comes back for. He’s absolutely thorough, patient and takes his time with you - it’s truly like you’re his family. Dr Hassan has been my PCP for a bout 3 years now. The office always responds to my texts and I can often get appointments the same day! You will wait a bit to be seen, but that's because the Doc isn't rushing anyone through their consultations.
