I had a worst experience at Elmhurst hospital primary office today with Dr Ohm Ma(female) I went there for follow-up appointment this morning, I needed a medication refilled, and a simple temporary parking permit form to be signed by a doctor as I have right leg weakness and foot drop, using a cane and foot brace to ambulate, all my information/medical conditions have been clearly documented on the previous visits at elmhurst hospital.
