I have been going to this dentist for many years, even continuing my visits after moving out of the neighborhood, and love seeing Dr. Tsen. No frills and no problems
I've been visiting here for several years, mainly for regular cleanings and occasional cavity fillings. Dr. TSEN is very gentle and makes the experience feel calm and comfortable. She is efficient and gives objective, balanced advice. The front desk staff are polite and professional—not overly enthusiastic, but I never felt that was necessary. I did switch dentists once at this clinic and have since continued with Dr. TSEN. I haven’t had any major procedures done here, but overall, it's a solid and reliable clinic.

I had an appointment for 12:30 pm for my dental cleaning . I waited for more than 20 minutes outside in a rain and called them 4 , 5 times the door was closed . They gotta value others time too . And they called me back after 2 hours and still no apologies and talked me not in a nice way .
Very professional and excellent service provided by the dentist. The receptionist Is very efficient and warm.
