i just cleaning the teeth couple days and i been this place almost 2 years i filling untill now they clean not professional affter i see all the time my gum going down now some my teeth is shake. before clean is fine. i would not recommend this place. this place make my gum became bad.
Upon arriving for my appointment, I received no acknowledgment from the front desk, and their demeanor was rather rude. Secondly, the dental technician who cleaned my teeth lacked hospitality; she didn't introduce herself and immediately began working without any interaction. This lack of manner was unsettling. I recently visited Elmhurst Family Dental for a cleaning and filling, and had an exceptional experience from start to finish! The staff was warm and welcoming, making me feel comfortable and at ease. I forgot to ask the doctor's name, but she was incredibly knowledgeable and gentle, explaining every step of the process in a way that was easy to understand. Came in for an emergency, called before hand so they were able to fit me in on the same day. Dr Tsen was super nice though I did wait a while in between my procedure which is fine as she was the only dentist
