Not only were they rude, they did a “rectal temperature” and they didn’t put it in the rectal area instead they put it in her VAGINAL area not once but TWICE then proceeded to say “I’m going to do it again” and I guess she felt like doing it right and finally did it in the rectal area. Shay is such a lovely soul and am very grateful to have met her! She went out of her way to work around the technical difficulties of my dr office and got me checked in, all the while with the sweetest demeanor which was a nice part of my day.
I have quite literally never had a more smooth, efficient, professional and well taken care of doctors visit in my entire life, and I’m not even from here!!! I was visiting from Houston Tx when I got a stomach bug, unfortunately my prescription was not with me so I had to visit urgent care. Everyone from the front desk, insurance, nurses and doctor were all 10/10 sooo pleasant to work with. Everything was moving so quick and efficient. Everyone was in a great mood and showing it. I recommend this clinic to ANYONE!
Very professional and quick staff, Amy was the absolute best. Very nice and helpful and also attentive. Had to give her a hug before I left.
