This is a beautiful clean and well maintained Senior community with not only wonderful tenants living here but a most wonderful staff! My son found me this apartment 4 days after my husband passed away and Nikki the leasing agent was so helpful and caring during this tough transition for me! Nakisha (Nikki) Johnson is the most wonderful person we have ever met! We first met her when we took my mom for a tour of Elmhaven Manor shortly after my dad passed away and we were absolutely blown away with Nikki’s empathy and willingness to help my mom, who is 83 and a stage 4 cancer survivor. Nikki went above and beyond and she didn’t know us from Adam (Old saying) and proceeded to find my mom a gorgeous apartment. This facility is clean, well maintained, and has friendly, caring staff. The people in the front office truly look out for the best interests of the residents and treat them with respect. I appreciate that they call people Mr., Ms., or whatever is appropriate. I feel that places where staff use infantilizing words like 'honey' and 'sweetie' dismiss people's agency. I really like this place!
Excellent customer service
I visit a friend here regularly + the halls have never smelled bad + the residents are very friendly
