This facility is clean, well maintained, and has friendly, caring staff. The people in the front office truly look out for the best interests of the residents and treat them with respect. I appreciate that they call people Mr., Ms., or whatever is appropriate. I feel that places where staff use infantilizing words like 'honey' and 'sweetie' dismiss people's agency. I really like this place!

I visit a friend here regularly + the halls have never smelled bad + the residents are very friendly
Pounding on the door unannounced, uninvited. I'm sure this is illegal. I'm sure I have a case. If you took it seriously. you would not have been doing it. This has occurred several times. Stop lying.
