We called on August the 12th requesting an AC check.  That said they could have someone come out tomorrow.  When we inquired about an ETA they said call back tomorrow morning.  We called about 8:30a and they said they would have someone get back.  I called back about 10:15a and they indicated they would have dispatch get back with us.  I got a call back from a San Antonio number saying that they are busy.  We are in Arlington.  He said they would not be able to make it and that they would schedule a new appointment.  I under... read more

Very shady company. I bought a $5,000 air handler from them. It stopped working about 7 yrs later. One technician came out and told me that the a coil which had sprung several leaks was still under warranty and that it would be replaced. He checked and assured me that it was under warranty and that i would only have to pay for labor. Another technician came out a few days later and told me that it wasn’t under warranty. Elmer's customer service was very disappointed while they were installing the AC unit, they brought a portable AC that was draining water a big part of the floor and my antique rug. They promised me to send somebody to clean it and I still waiting. I regret calling them. Elmer's most expensive AC system is not worth it. I have not check yet under the rug to see if the bamboo floor is ok. if the floor is damage, I'm going to hire a lawyer. Highly not recommend Elmer's AC.

Awesome customer service. Mike was able to beat the offer that was given to me and Larry was able to install AC. Wife and family are very happy with the work done. Thank you again, Ismael, Mike and Larry. You guys are the best. Highly recommend Elmers AC.

Had a great experience with Nick and his co-worker John. They were in and out pretty fast, very through and knowledgeable. Had a minor issue they fixed fairly quickly and at a great price. Thanks!
