Josh and the staff at Elmer’s fixed a very tricky door that we didn’t have a key to. It took several trips, and they worked with me the whole time to make sure it was fixed right. They were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to fix my door. I definitely recommend them and will always use them when I need a locksmith. Thanks so much!!!
I had a safe that was locked and my wife thought she knew the combination, however she was unable to open it. Called Elmer's Lock & Safe and talked to Joel who took the time to walk my wife through several different sequences using the assumed combination and eventually found the correct sequence - SAFE OPEN! I asked Joel to send me an invoice for his time and he refused. This is Customer Service !!! If you need any lock services, this is the company to call.
