We purchased our new AC unit from Elmer's because they had recently completed a major plumbing repair for us. We could not have been happier with they plumbing services, so when we needed a new AC unit after 20 years, we called Elmer's again. Today we received our first quarterly AC maintenance call. I called at 5:12 pm to ask for service on an AC system that stopped working. I was told that someone would call me in about 1 hour to set up an appointment, but since it was after hours there would be an additional $120 plus fee added. I agreed to the extra charge. Then 3 hours later I called the same number and asked why no one has contacted us about a service call. She told me she would relay that info to the dispatcher immediately to get a call back. HVAC compressor was not turning on when the thermostat was placed on cold mode.Jonathon Herbert came out & did a detailed inspection of air handler & compresser.He explained the inspection process & findings/diagnosis and comparison benefit of each repair option.He said senior tech is the one who can explain the different repair warranty options and before leaving Jonathan was able to contact scheduler any make the appointment for senior tech to come to my home.I would recommend Elmers because Jonathan took his time and did ... read more

Mario and Hector both worked on our furnace. Mario went through step by step what needed to be done to correct our problem and what it would cost to do so. Hector did the repair and kept me informed every step of the way. He did an excellent job. I was impressed with the quality of his work. He even cleaned up afterwards. Both men were very professional and I would highly recommend Elmer's.

On April 13 2022 I called Elmers AC Repair because my AC was short cycling. I am Female Disable Army Veteran Mom with limited income and ELMERS tried to commit HIGHWAY ROBBERY on me. I knew more then their technician did. They tried to charge me for 3 different diagnosis 1. Capacitor Issue WRONG!!! 2. Wiring Issue WRONG!!! 3. Thermostat Issue WRONG!!!
