Tell you that there is free delivery and furniture comes fully assembled. But the $500 wardrobe we bought was delivered and all door handles were located in plastic inside the drawers. The delivery staff did not offer to attach the handles. My mum could not attach them and I was out of town. She paid a handy person $80 to come and screw them in. Won't be going back and the business needs more self-compliance of its delivery workflow.
As usual, the service provided by Elmer's was excellent. I had my new lounge suite delivered today. The attention to detail by the staff was second to none, from installing the furniture, to disposing of the old recliner chair and taking payment for same. It's the little things that keep me going back to Elmer's, the locally owned furniture retailer in Hervey Bay.
