Our brand new Durango was damaged prior to making our first payment, Elmers was recommended to us by my foreman Mark. We dropped our vehicle off and even with the giant snow storm we had it was completed and absolutely repaired to perfection within one day of our expected completion date. Additionally the interior was immaculate, this week I noticed a piece of trim coming loose on the drivers window. Over the years I have had Elmer's do work on both my Escape and Aveo. In both situations I have been completely satisfied with the treatment and workmanship. But today Rob went over and above my expectations by providing a "courtesy adjustment" on my Aveo after the rear bumper got kissed in a parking lot. Believe me, I appreciated it and you have a customer for life!
I love Elmer's Auto body. They always give me good news and look over my car with a fine tooth comb. :)
