We took my wife's 2013 Ford Fusion to Elmer's with right front damage after an unexpected encounter with a concrete wall. Not only was the work completed ahead of schedule, the repair was flawless. Lynda and Don were so very helpful through the entire process and we highly recommend this shop for any and all body work.
I highly recommend Elmer's! The staff is absolutely wonderful and my car looks brand new, can't tell there was ever any damage and they detailed it before giving it bad!! I am very pleased!
We dropped off my husband’s truck on Monday to get a partial paint job and detailing. His truck is 16 years old. We just picked it up and it looks like a brand new truck! You guys did an amazing job and we can’t thank you enough. Even the inside was done and it’s spotless. Will definitely be recommending you!!!
When I destroyed the back door to my RAV4 (backed it into a poll at just the right spot that it smashed my door handle, making it completely unusable). Not only was Elmer’s extremely efficient with getting it fixed, but they were extremely affordable too and everyone was super friendly. To top it off, I had a Batman license plate cover that was bent, and they even took the time to fix that for me as well! Highly recommend, and if I ever have future issues I will definitely be going back.
We have consistently used them for our repais now for well over 20 years and needed them again just recently. In addition to the damage on our 12 year old car, we asked if they could address a few small spots of "daily love" that had accumulated and they nailed it with a home run! They are the true definition of customer satisfaction and we are thankful to have such a wonderful business that genuinely cares about their customers in our area...
