Excellent experience. Roy and Walt explained everything clearly and answered all questions. They even put in extra effort to help me with other car issues that their shop didn't handle (e.g. windshield repair). My 22 year old car looks brand new after having had a run-in with a guardrail. The total charge was less than the initial estimate which I appreciate. They were a pleasure to work with, and it was an added plus to be able to use a local, family-owned business.
Great body work and very easy to schedule. I got my car back in a timely manner. They also work on EVs.
My husband found Elmer’s randomly because my Tesla needed body repair due to being rear ended. Everyone there was kind and helpful. They did everything they could to make this situation as easy as possible. The staff even fixed my little door dent that was not part of the rear ending. They washed my car and returned it after all of the work was done. They even cleaned my floor mats! I was very excited about that. My husband’s car needed some body work after hitting a deer (the deer ran off without even asking if he was ok). I’m so glad we went with Elmer for our work. The crew at Elmer helped us navigate insurance requirements and kept us in the loop for any status updates. They were communicative and professional, and when we got our car back, it was in better shape than before we got in our minor accident.
