My boiler broke down, so I asked them to fix it. They didn't fix it properly, and said they would replace the parts. A month later, I called them to ask when they would come to fix it, but they told me the parts were no longer in production. I want to ask you, if I hadn't called to ask, would you have called or emailed me to let me know? But you still charged me $370, and my problem was not solved at all. Called them to service my ice machine and they came out and replaced couple parts. After a week the problem came back. Called them to come back and they pretty much gave me the run-around. Called a different company to come out and they found the problem immediately. Would never use this company again.
