Dishonest crooks. They had come out to quote a replacement light. The quote was very high so we declined the work through email and phone call. They have no service agreement with us or a signed work order, but ordered the part anyways. They then used our credit card that they had on file for a previous job to charge us for the light that they erroneously ordered for a job that we declined.
