If I could give zero stars, I would. Elmdale Management has been terrible. Our property manager, Glen Tomlinson, has been the worst PM we’ve had since I moved into the building. He is unprofessional, unresponsive to emails, and fails to follow up on service requests — two of which have been open for over a month. Quality of work is also a major issue. The tuck-pointing completed last summer is already deteriorating, and in the winter, ice remains in front of our building for days without removal, creating safety hazards. It’... read more

WARNING!! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY, ELMDALE ARE THIEVES!! I sent 11 months of payments of $4k to this company to apply to my HOA account with the Paxton Condo Association, they cashed the payments, yet failed to apply my funds to my account and went as far to file a fraudulent frivolous lawsuit against me for possession - - This Is EMBEZZLEMENT!!
