If I could give zero stars, I would. Elmdale Management has been terrible. Our property manager, Glen Tomlinson, has been the worst PM we’ve had since I moved into the building. He is unprofessional, unresponsive to emails, and fails to follow up on service requests — two of which have been open for over a month. Quality of work is also a major issue. WARNING!! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY, ELMDALE ARE THIEVES!! I sent 11 months of payments of $4k to this company to apply to my HOA account with the Paxton Condo Association, they cashed the payments, yet failed to apply my funds to my account and went as far to file a fraudulent frivolous lawsuit against me for possession - - This Is EMBEZZLEMENT!! I can't recommend them, I'm afraid. Everyone makes mistakes, but they're defensive and hostile when they make them, and they're reluctant to acknowledge or fix them. I'm not sure I've received such unprofessional emails from a company I've worked with in the past. Who needs that? You can probably spare yourself some headaches by going elsewhere.
