For most part since living here back in 2022 or 2023, there were hard times i had to deal with. Rude neighbors who litter, didn't pick up poop, smoked that would loft into my place, not working appliances. Black mold on the down stairs ceiling...laundry room smells like Backes uo sewer if not used daily...stains all over the carpets from previous tenets..can't get a porch light replaced... silicone ripped away from most seals around sinks and tub...holes in steps and floors...back sliding door doesn't lock on this unit either...front screen falling out of the door...water smells like they pour ALOT of chlorine in the samples to get the water to pass inspection...gutters broken...AGAIN I REPEAT carpet is disgusting and rusten h... read more
Please DON'T rent here! It's a DUMP! I have had nothing but problems since the day I moved in. There is mold. There have been water leaks. Right now the bottom floor & 2nd floor have fans running because of a pipe burst or whatever happened. It stinks horribly. I hate being there. The place should be shut down! I have been sick since moving in. Yet they won't let me out of the lease. They just don't care. One of the worst places I ever lived. I can't wait til my lease is up!
Trying to get ahold of ElmCrest apartments, on my application for 2 bedroom place, i haven't heard back yet, my anxiety is going up. I am getting upset because they are not answering me back.
