Dr Elman had us wait 2-4 hours with my 95 year old mother. Didn’t think anything of it until she moved. Her new Doctor is 30-40 minutes start to finish and eyesight has improved and only every 11weeks. I traveled from N.C. every four weeks during Covid to take her to her appointment with Dr Elman. They book way too many at a time. Scheduling 15 minutes apart when it takes 45 minutes for each step. dilate, picture, then doctor. One doctor is in Israel so they decided to honor their appointment. Covid and tuberculosis is up tick. They had people coughing and sneezing. The problem was we were on top of each other in the waiting room! Have been with Dr Elman through thick and thin—two surgeries and ongoing treatment for wet MD. He’s the best in Baltimore, hands down.
