They have treated our dog and one of our cats and we are highly satisfied. Sadly, we had to put our cat down (she had a tumor pressing into her spine and lost the use of her back legs) May 1st. In the mail this week, we received a sympathy card with hand written notes from each person on the staff expressing their condolences and saying nice things about Brogane. We took our 11 week old Chihuahua to Elma Animal Hospital today on a referral of a friend. Well, am I glad we did! From the receptionist to the technician to Dr. Sweeney, we felt right at home. Everyone was so down to earth and caring while being professional. This was a great experience for us and for my fur baby! We have found our permanent vet You guys rock!
I have been needing to look for a new vet of course we all procrastinate. In fact I had been dreading it. Today I went to Dr. Sweeny at Elma Animal Hospital for an issue with my cat. I AM SOOO glad I went. PHENOMENAL experience. I was not talked down to, I was educated and my cat received excellent care at a FAIR and Reasonable price. I am very happy to have found a Vet and a practice I will look forward to visiting. The Staff is happy and it show's. THANK YOU.
