Bruce Becker He will not fix anything the 1st time u call him... I moved in that building in 2011. He took over that building in Oct 2011, got rid of the exterminator, went all hung how, wanting to replace all windows, but only did the 1st fl. 1nce he took over the building he decided to charge tenants that was already there a double security, cause the utilities were out the roof(utilities are included in the rent).
