I had scheduled an appointment at elm veterinary hospital and due to unfortunate family issues back home and Christmas passing (while back home in MO) I was unable to make my appointments. I understand that is in every way my fault. However when I called today and tried to make a further appointment the vet Answered. He was very polite and transferred me to the front desk to Keisha, at that time my whole call flipped upside down were I was greeted with the worst attitude she could have given. I will say without a doubt these people are great. Taking my beautiful Doberman in to have something done that will be permanent I was very cautious, but as it is I am so happy that I went to Elm veterinarian to have her ears done.

I would recommend Dr. Eib to anyone who is interested in a "mom/pop" type of vet service. Doc Eib is absolutely amazing with my blue dobey "Drake". The girls who work in the office are equally awesome. They all know their stuff and it's the type of office where they remember you and your animal by name. I had "Drake's" ears cropped by Dr. Eib after having amazing results with past dobeys of mine and once again I was not let down.
