My dad was a resident at Elm Terrace for almost one year. He really liked living there. The staff made the transition from his home almost seamless. The administration, staff, and residents were warm and welcoming. We visited many independent living facilities in and out of the area, and found Elm Terrace to be the best fit for him.
very unfriendly neighbors. promised us before the construction started it would not affect the people that live in the area. No one that live in Walnut or 6th can park. God forbid you leave. There are people with infants, people with heart conditions and handicapped people that have to walk blocks because all yoru workers (yes we watch them go into the elm terrace) and vistors (and yes we watch them go there too) park on 6th. they promised all of us on 6th street that we would still have parking and they would have their workers park in their parking lots or on walnut street. Well THEY LIED. there are on average 35-40 cars per day parking on 6th making the people that live here NOT be able to park on the street. They lie, they never do what they say they will do. I have had many Family Members at ETG since they opened. My Mother has been there 20 plus years. We have had a great experience. Wonderful CARING Staff!!!

My grandmother and great aunt reside at ETG. You can tell they are happy, loved, and well taken care of when we come to visit! My children love the different family events they host there as well!
