I’ve seen a lot of reviews on here from people who didn’t actually live here, so here I am. Within the first week of living there, other tenants were calling Predix to report “another adult living in my home”, when it was just my grandmother staying with me while she was in town. My license plate was vandalized prior to moving here and they also reported that, assuming I “spray painted it myself…….” I mean come on.. I didn’t get the best feeling from this place. I applied as a co-signer. Kearny provided my son with the requirements and gave me some different when I called. I was told a 725 credit score was needed for co-signers along with 4x the income is required. My credit report was clean, free of negative items, with everything paid on time. I’m almost positive, I was lied to. There’s no way, those are the requirements.

Was interested in a new build 1 bedroom apartment in dillsburg pa. Got contacted by Kearney. She gave me some information and scheduled a time to look at the place. It was nice filled out an application paid the application fee. This is when communication started to fail. I gave her all paperwork she asked for. By the end of the first week nothing. My fiancé and I went for a viewing of a property on a Friday. The woman that gave us the tour told us that if we apply that same day, we would hear back no later than Monday but probably on the weekend. With no response over the weekend, we waited until Monday.
