Old not updated land lord onsite most days if thats your thing. I was on the 2nd floor and i was dying of heat on a 60 degree day it was 87 degrees in the apt all night and the heat was off. Dirty hallways. Could use allot of work. I wouldnt spend that much for an apt where only one old window can even be opened.

Elm Terrace is the best affordable housing. It is owned by Community Housing of Maine, and managed by Preservation Management. Property maintenance is wonderful, and apartment are frequently inspected for working order. Full time maintenance staff, along with added cleaning staff. For 38 apartment they have 4 washers and dryers. They are connected to internet, where status can be displayed on line, and notice given shen cycles complete
