Elm Roofing have put two roofs on our Hillsborough home in the past year, a shingle on the main structure and, most recently, a tar roof on a family room extension. Excellent communication from initial estimate scheduling, quote, walkthrough, signing contract, additional modification of work, answered all my concerns that I may have or even not thought of. The overall duration of the work was as discussed. Unfortunately, city cancelled the first inspection. 2 days delayed. Caivon and team came through and delivered the finishing touches including any adjustments requested, on time. Top notch experience throughout. Highly recommended.
