HORRIBLE! Wont pick up the phone, trespassed in our backyard while we were gone, no prior notification, left our gate open, let our dogs out. Borderline criminal behavior.

Rude.
Even though we didn't call them, they came out at the request of a tree trimming business that was doing work on my daughter's property. They didn't have the courtesy to knock on the door and tell her that they were doing work in her back yard. When I later confronted the ELM employee and advised him that he was trespassing and should have told my daughter what he was doing.
