An official lawsuit has been filed against Poorvu Construction. Poorvu manages on pure emotions and feelings. Very easily wounded ego's at Poorvu offices. Car vandalism on property met with denial and blame. Repairs met with blame and denial. Incredibly fragile egos manage this property. No moving pods being allowed by JAG for out of state moves. The moving pod takes up one parking spot for one day. Same as a moving truck (one day one spot). Can Elm Ledge show some reasonable efforts to logically process tenant inquiries. This will cost your resident an extra $4000.00. Are there any kind people out there?

Can’t do laundry cause Indian girl always dwelling -in basement harassing white girls. My friend had to confront her and tell her to leave me alone. The place is well managed. Definitely screen tenants well. They don’t take any crap from bad tenants or visitors. Overall very safe and nice place to live. The bizarre tenant who loiters in laundry room also has a storage unit that is a dump. They are polluting air with their poor hygiene and messy stockpiles of junk. Management can only do so Much. Decent place.
