They are doing a great job. Grass is cut weekly. You can pay through an app as well as if you have any maintenance needs you can message the problem and maintenance will come in a timely manner. The office has many nice people working there willing to help and work with you. All in all them taking over The Village at Beech Hill has been a very positive experience!!
Since moving into Wallace Farm, we needed help with a few small repairs in our apartment. Andre' arrived the next morning and had each of them taken care of. Andre' is always friendly and there to help!
Ed Sr. called to see if anyone was home to have a work order completed. After confirming, he arrived within minutes. He took needed measurements and purchased the necessary item. We've been renting through Elm Grove Companies a while now and honestly Gladys is one of the best property managers we've had. Anytime something comes up she answers right away and gets it handled, usually faster than we expect. She stays on top of everything so we're never chasing her down or wondering where things stand, and she's gone out of her way for us more times than I can count. It's a huge relief knowing that if we need something, it's actually going to get taken care of. Highly recommend her!
