My family relocated to New Hampshire in the fall of 2025. We are very happy to be residents at Wallace Farms! We love the apartment and all of the amenities and features! The location is very convenient for us. I would like to recognize Gladys Cruz, Property Manager! She is absolutely amazing! She is so kind and always helpful! She does a wonderful job of keeping this large property running smoothly! We are all very lucky to have her here! ❤️
Maintenance review only: Danny did an excellent job replacing my thermostat. Helped me move some furniture too. He was friendly & we had nice chats as well .
