Natalie was a delight to work with! If you are looking for a property manger who is both professional and helpful; you’ve found it. Any questions I had she was right on it. Definitely made me feel more confident in moving!

As I was heading to the front office to say that I probably needed a new kitchen faucet as mine was difficult to move back and forth and the spray unit was also sticking, I ran into Sal, one of our awesome maintenance men, who had just purchased a new kind of kitchen faucet! He and Eddie installed my new one within a couple of hours. Not only are they efficient, but they're always fun to talk with. Entertainment AND a snazzy new faucet!
Elm Grove workers are parking their trucks on the sidewalk all day every day at Gresley Residence. This is problematic as pedestrians cannot pass. Additionally, it is on the side of the road with no parking signs and there is open parking across the street. (see photos) They are not loading and unloading. When traveling West on Pennacook street, it creates a dangerous situation as one cannot see the oncoming traffic on Chestnut because these vehicles are blocking the view.
