Update: I continue to document ongoing retaliation and neglect. This is not an isolated problem, other tenants have experienced the same.9-12-25 Nice lawn. Still infested with roaches. I could not be more pleased will my experience at Elm Creek. The staff is courteous , and they have taken care of all service request in a timely manor. All in all this place is a great value!
I like the family atmosphere. People are out and about at the pool, walking dogs, kids playing- but it’s not noisy. Everyone speaks to each other. Melinda
Was going to tour this place until I learned they’re under investigation by the Texas Attorney General for tenant complaints. Between the roaches shady billing and those nightmare pics of roaches all over an outlet, I’m glad I looked before signing.
