I've had a mostly positive experience living in this apartment complex. The location is fantastic, surrounded by beautiful parks and good schools. The neighbors are friendly, creating a welcoming community atmosphere. Management is responsive and attentive to residents' needs. The worst part of our experience was upon move-in - discovering a major pest control issue. Definitely from the previous tenants. However, management was very cooperative & attentive. Excellent so far. Office personnel is very professional and efficient. They follow through on pending matters. ‘Promises made, promises kept’. Overall an awesome experience. Very personable team. Would highly recommend. Desiree and Lana are both peaches. Joseph in maintenance great. 5 stars!
