This is not a good place for anyone to live. I know personally that this place is not fit for anyone. Don't cut the grass, carpet in hallway smell sooo bad and dirty. This place has a lot of availability. Won't fix nothing, I know a senior citizen that live there and hasn't had air condition in months!!! No security lights no 😭 😭😭 security locks on any of the doors anyone can come and go as they please, I'm talking about folks that don't live there. I'm so afraid for the elderly people that live there.
Don’t rent with these people they kept my holding fee after I told them I found another apartment closer to town, and then when I requested it back she tried to say it’s been 72 hours that corporate said it was non refundable. But when I initially applied the lady said it was refundable and said NOTHING about a grace period. Then they never answer the phone just don’t do it! This isn’t the only bad review you’ll see!
