Not a bad place for a temporary situation.
Very quiet neighborhood. I’ve met most of my neighbors and all were very friendly. I also had a leak with my kitchen sink and they came in and fixed it the same day! Jacklyn at front desk is very helpful and informational about any questions or concerns I’ve had. I plan to stay here for a while!
I moved in about 4yrs ago. It was decent for the price and in a relatively safe area. But since then it seems every time I renew my lease, the management raises my rent. I'm a single income household, I don't get raises and bonuses. I've explained this to three managers and a member of the property management group was supposed to call me today regarding the situation. Every time my rent is raised, I hear the same excuse. "It's the market and inflation". Okay, but this isn't NY or Ca (rent in my hometown in NY is cheaper)...... read more
