I lost my money when I joined what was SUPPOSED to be a co-op.
Fine selection, prices higher than Whole Foods, and some prices are falsely advertised. I was charged 6$ more for beers than the price tags on the bottles indicated. Floor staff did let me return the beers but did not fix the pricing issue. I have messaged the company to resolve this and received no response.
I would not eat there the kitchen is nasty.. Very bad management they don't know how to treat people
Elm City Market is WONDERFUL!!! The staff, selection, cleanliness, and the JAZZ brunch was SO up lifting and FUN!!!! A++++
I have never been so disgusted with a Business. The management is so uneducated regarding customer service. So if the management is unsuccessful providing a customer with great customer service so are the associates. I would not recommend this place if my life depended on it.
