Hopefully they changed the kitchen staff! Tried to work there. However I was the only sober cook in the kitchen. So many communication breakdowns . I had to be the one to get let go by the drunk manager. Went on to manage a staff of over 75...

Very interesting information to be gained at this establishment. Went to an olive oil presentation and tasting today. It was very informative and it was FREE!!
The service, particularly behind the sandwich counter is consistently slow and rude. Things in the store look nice, but there is a significant problem with staff. Perhaps it is poor hiring choices or a lack of training. Either way, choose someplace else.
Five stars for the food which is always fresh,tasty and nutritious.Also , the staff because they incredible at their jobs, going the extra mile or kilometer without being asked.
A friend and I came to hear the Sunday afternoon jazz, enjoyed it and left with some good cheese
Hey Elm City Market, I take the CTrail from downtown Hartford to State Street station just to get my shopping done and turn around and hop on the train home 40 minutes each way YOU ARE SOOO WORTH IT!
