I’ve belonged to several gyms and ECF is at the top of the list. Joe, the owner is extremely hands on and he truly cares about the athletes that train here. The coaches are great too. However, what separates ECF from the pact is the community that Joe has developed. It is inclusive, fun and motivating. A great place to get fit!

I love this community. Supportive, hard-working, and dedicated, I feel like I exist within a like-minded community. We are focused on healthy living, functional fitness and just being overall good people.
Joe the owner is great along with all the trainers. They are very supportive and attentive in making sure your form is correct and push you to excellence.
