I lived here from 2021 to 2025, and only moved out as I had to move out of state for personal reasons. I really enjoyed my time at the Elm. The management team (which did not change the entire time I lived there) is responsive and made it very easy to move in and move out. The studios are thoughtfully laid out - it didn't feel like I was actually living in a studio, and having a balcony was awesome. I had no issues keeping my car parked outside. My wife and I have been living at The Elm for a year and we absolutely love living here. The location is conveniently located near multiple highways, the building is well maintained, and most importantly, it is nice and quiet. Management has always been helpful with any questions we have and communicates very clearly to residents when anything may pop up. (Snow storm preparedness, lounge availability). Bike storage, the gym, and our outdoor storage space on our balcony are all huge pluses of living here.

This is the best place to live, hands down. I lived here for 5 years before sadly moving away because I wanted a bigger space for my growing family. But man, we really miss the Elm!! Sandra, Matt, and Visar made living here feel so warm. The building itself was always clean and impeccably well maintained. And the apartments are spacious and modern. "The Elm Apartments: Decent Living Space, but Serious Safety and Management Issues" "I lived at The Elm for three years. While the apartments themselves are decent, my experience with management was extremely disappointing and, ultimately, unsettling.
