I had the BEST experience at Ellynne Bridal! I was lucky enough to work with two of their consultants and they were both amazing! The atmosphere is warm, welcoming and the salon itself is everything you’ve been dreaming of! They have a great selection of dresses with a large variety of sizes. I’m a plus size bride and they made me feel so comfortable and beautiful throughout the entire process! I would 1000% recommend Ellynne Bridal!
They were so AMAZING! Cassidy was the NICEST person ever. SO helpful, make you feel respected and like they care about YOU! Not just getting money and selling a dress. I found my perfect one! I didnt feel pressured, I felt respected and cared about. Dont waste your time going elsewhere. Even the gal that greeted us was so nice, and just explained their covid procedures and that we "get taken care of" as in you get a nice room, they pick dresses, help you, listen to you, and so much more! My fiancee went in there and the staff was very rude. She found a dress she really likes but will take her business somewhere else. Good customer service goes a long way!!
I came in as a plus size bride, but I was treated as just a BRIDE! My consultant Tina was beyond amazing, accommodating, warm and fun! She chatted with us, let us take our time and never at any point made us feel rushed! She made me feel so at ease, even though shopping can be an anxiety inducing event for me with some negative past experiences. I was belittled for having a lower budget than the brides that normally come in. No one had initially told me that there was a strict budget recommendation before I had come in . I told the woman my budget as I was already at the appointment and she stared and me and said “ NO” . She proceeded to be rude and argue with me about how I did not state my budget in the beginning . It was my first ever bridal appointment and it was a horrible experience.
