Just terrible! I live in AZ my order was shipped to an address in FL. I called FedEx and they advised the FL address is the address that Ellumglow gave them. I called 11 times, left voicemails and sent an email. They don’t answer the phone, they don’t respond to voicemails they ignore emails. I have disputed the charge with my credit card.
Very cool gifts and household items for shopping! The owners and staff are overly accommodating and eager to assist whatever your need. This is Christmas shopping made easy! I highly recommend Ellumiglow!!
