Extremely poorly made thread. Ripped right away. I have been a tailor for 25 years. This thread is GARBAGE. Rips easier than cottom thread

I worked with the Ellumiglow team on a sign project for my commercial building in Salem, OR. Justin helped me put together the design (there were multiple!), ordered all the parts, and helped guide the installation process. I bought the 5" EL Panel kit and it worked really well...once. Second time I learned (in the dark) that the connector wiring had failed. I contacted Ellumiglow and they replaced the panel immediately. Outstanding customer service.
